This is an offering to your body, your spirit, and your becoming. A homecoming to your original essence of freedom, joy, sovereignty, nourishment, abundance, and remembrance. A space to reset, replenish, and rise — supported by nature, ceremony, and sisterhood.
We are meeting on one of the most potent sacred lands on Earth — the red rock temples of Sedona, Arizona. When women gather in community on sacred land, miracles happen. We unlock what’s been dormant. We hear the wisdom of the Earth again. We awaken what we thought was lost — and we do it together.

4 nights, 5 days in a stunning 6 bedroom Sedona sanctuary nestled in the heart of red rock country!
- All meals are homemade, organic, and plant-based — lovingly prepared by Whitney

- No meat or dairy served — meat can be purchased nearby if desired

- Flights & transportation not included | Closest airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)
- Phoenix Airport is ~2 hours from Sedona
- Southwest flights from BWI–PHX typically $200–$300
- Shuttle service available to/from Sedona
- Rental cars available (~$400–$500 depending on duration)
- Highly recommend arriving a day early or staying a day after for integration
- There will be intentional downtime to explore Sedona’s amazing shops and healing centers: Sedona has incredible authentic Native American art, jewelry, paintings, instruments, crystals, healing centers, sessions, etc.
🚘 Transportation Requirements – Please Read Carefully
All participants are required to have their own transportation throughout the retreat.
Whitney will not be providing group transportation.
You are responsible for arranging:
- Your flight to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)
- Your transportation from PHX to the retreat home in Sedona
- Your transportation during the retreat, including to sacred sites and local excursions
🚗 Rental Cars
You must either rent a car yourself or arrange to share a rental car with another attendee.
Having access to a vehicle is non-negotiable for this retreat, as we will be traveling to sacred sites and locations around Sedona throughout the week.
- Estimated rental cost: $400–$500 total (can be split if carpooling)
- Whitney will help facilitate carpool intros after sign-ups for those who want to share
🚌 Shuttle Option (If Not Renting a Car Yourself)
If you choose to take a shuttle from Phoenix to Sedona, it is your responsibility to coordinate in advance with someone who has rented a car.
You will need reliable, daily access to transportation for scheduled excursions, meals out, and exploration time.
⚠️ Important Note: If you arrive via shuttle without having arranged carpooling or a rental, you may miss key parts of the retreat experience. Please plan accordingly.
