I spent over half a decade as Assistant Manager and Intuitive Chef at a holistic wellness center, where I co-created a full-service café menu, supported detox and healing protocols, and prepared everything from hot meals and smoothies to herbal tonics and sacred dishes for large groups.
I’ve cooked for countless retreats, led cooking classes, and designed custom menus for a wide range of clients—always focusing on high-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients that feel good in the body. • Grocery shopping and sourcing high-quality ingredients
• Temperature-safe transport to your event
• Methodical pantry/fridge/freezer storage planning
• Prep-time alignment based on meal flow
• Full cleanup: dishes, trash, leftover labeling, kitchen reset
• Serving support as needed
🛏️ Retreat Logistics
• Lodging must be provided (shared or private)
• My meals must be included or provided on-site
• Travel over 1 hour: $1.25/mile or flat rate
📌 Policies & Boundaries
• 3-hour minimum (private chef) | 6-person minimum (retreats)
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
• Final payment due day of service
• Grocery receipts available upon request
• All service hours (prep, travel, storage) are included in your quote

**$150/hour (3-hour minimum)** 2 Person maximum

Option B – Per Person / Per Meal
**$50–$75 per guest, per meal**
• $50 = Standard nourishing meals
• $75 = Multi-course, ceremonial, or highly customized dishes
All time for pre-prep (e.g., marinating proteins, soaking grains, creating sauces) is included. No extra fees. You receive full-spectrum care.
